As a precaution of COVID19, we request all of our guests and employees to take their body temperature checked. Cleaning all the facilities and public areas are taken regularly using disinfectant. If the body temperature is higher than 37,3°C, we will take our guest to the isolation room for further examination.

ARE THERE BODY TEMPERATURE SCREENING IN PLACE FOR GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES TO ENTER KAYUMANIS SANUR PRIVATE VILLA AND SPA PREMISES?
Kayumanis Sanur guests, employees, visitors and vendors will have to undergo body temperature screening prior to enter the hotel premises and require to submit health declaration through QR code provided in the hotel entrances and adhere to keep safe physical distancing.
WHAT ARE THE KAYUMANIS STANDARD PROCEDURES TO ANTICIPATE COVID-19?
We follow recommendation and guidelines on health, hygiene and safety regulation from Indonesian Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy as well as World Health Organizations and provide intensive supervision on the implementation of health, hygiene and safety protocol in the hotel related with the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
We have taken necessary actions to prevent and anticipate on the transmission of Covid-19 within hotel premises and develop New Standard Operating Procedures for health, hygiene and safety for our employees, guests, suppliers and vendors. New Standard Operating Procedures to include:
- Do intensive cleaning and sanitizing of public spaces and facilities
- Provide a clear and instructional announcement at the Kayumanis Sanur signage placed in the public areas for new normal protocol within the Kayumanis Sanur premises
- Contactless payment option is available
- Contactless menu in restaurants and room service is available
- Availability of healthy kits in villa amenities
- Provide hand sanitizer in public area
- Require body temperature check and health declaration
- Require to wear face shield, gloves and face mask as part of employees new standard uniform
HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE VILLA?
Kayumanis Sanur has procedures for cleaning, disinfecting and ventilating the rooms properly between every guest’s stay. The processes allow the accommodations to be used immediately afterwards. Bed sheet, pillow cases, towels and every linen material in the hotel room will be replaced immediately after guests check out.
CAN I REQUEST A MINIMAL CONTACT TO KAYUMANIS SANUR EMPLOYEES DURING MY STAY?
Yes, you can. We develop new standard operating procedure to have a minimal contact with all Kayumanis Sanur guests. For instance, you can request for not delivering your room service orders into your villa. Our employee will deliver your food order on your dining table of your villa.
DO YOU PROVIDE HEALTH KIT IN THE VILLA?
Yes, we provide health kit amenities which are hand sanitizer and face mask as a complimentary in every villa.
ARE YOUR FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLETS OPEN?
Kayumanis Resto is open to serve you. You can enjoy dining with ease as we are now adapting to the new normal guidelines. All dining areas including tables and chairs are sanitized before and after used. QR code for dining menu is also available, so you can easily scan and see the menu from your smart phones. Cutleries are sanitized by using UV chambers. Distance between each guest is also arranged. Hygiene and safety standard procedure for serving food are also implemented.
ARE THE KAYUMANIS FACILITIES ARE OPEN?
Spa and steam facilities remain close at the moment due to the Indonesian government regulation. We will review to reopen the facilities as we receive a recommendation to have the facilities available again for our guests.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET SICK WHILE AT THE KAYUMANIS SANUR?
If you develops symptoms of Covid – 19 such as fever, dry cough or tiredness, please notify our BUTLER by dial No. 5. We will assist you in seeking medical advice from nearest Medical Clinic in Sanur and local health authorities.
